This is a non-refundable downpayment for adding your private appointment to my calendar. I have to charge this payment in advance to hold your appointment time on my calendar in case of cancelations and to deter clients from not showing up with out advance notice, in order to give me sufficient time to book another session during your appointment slot if needed.
If for any reason Triangle Room Studios is unable to hold the session on the day and time we scheduled, or we are unable to capture your images for any reason, your $25 will be refunded.
